Description

We are pleased to offer a lovely silverplated slotted or pierced serving spoon from Community Plate. The Coronation pattern is one of an elegant floral band that appears at the top of the handle. It was introduced in 1936 to commemorate the coronation of King Edward VIII of England who abdicated in December of that year to marry Wallis Simpson. Condition: Excellent - no silver wear or loss, heel wear or shadows. There are no monograms and the pattern is very crisp and well defined. Piercings are perfect. Size: 8 1/4" long.
